Knife and Fork is a digital cookbook resource for children designed and produced by children from schools around Europe.
It contains 144 recipes-both sweet and savoury.
As part of the European Erasmus Programme Knife and Fork is a collection of 144 sweet and savoury recipes from Ireland, France, England, Poland, Romania and Greece.
The children in the partner schools came together with their families to produce recipes that reflect their country’s culinary heritage.
Working in tandem with one another the children have produced this resource which aims to show how easy it is to produce delicious nutritious food at home.
